A personal appointment.
Book an in-home appointment to discuss your goals and receive an injection if your clinician determines it’s appropriate. Home visits in the area between ZIP codes 92620 and 92657, plus up to 5 miles beyond that area, have an additional $75 visit fee.
Outside this local service area, a $600 minimum booking applies to appointments and events throughout Orange County, Los Angeles and San Diego. Contact us to confirm your location and total pricing. Events require a $600 booking deposit. View cancellation and no-show details.

01 / IMMEDIATELY AFTER
Take it gently.
Keep the injection site clean and dry for 2–4 hours, following your provider’s directions. Avoid intense workouts and weight lifting for 24 hours, unless your clinician advises otherwise.
02 / COMFORT & RECOVERY
Pay attention to your body.
Mild tenderness, soreness or a small bruise may occur. Gentle movement and a cool compress may help with comfort. Contact your clinician if symptoms persist, worsen or concern you.
03 / WHEN TO REACH OUT
We’re here for questions.
Contact your clinician if you develop a fever, feel unwell, or have redness, warmth, swelling or pain that increases or does not settle. Follow your clinician’s instructions before another dose.
Call 911 for trouble breathing, wheezing, swelling of your face, lips or throat, or signs of a severe allergic reaction. Do not wait for an email or text response.

Can products be delivered to my home?+
Eligible subcutaneous products can be delivered to patients in California following a virtual consultation and any required prescription. Some products are available only as intramuscular injections during in-person appointments. Ask about availability, pricing and delivery details at your appointment.
Are these IV infusions?+
No. Wellness Direct offers intramuscular or subcutaneous injections. The route is specific to the product and your clinician’s directions; not every product is appropriate for both routes. Vitamin C and L-lysine are administered intramuscularly only, during in-person appointments.
Which product is right for me?+
That depends on your medical history, medications and goals. Your clinician will discuss potential benefits, limitations, risks and alternatives. Treatment is not appropriate for everyone.
What should I know about compounded medications?+
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing. Ask your clinician about the specific product, its source and its risks.
Where should I share my medical information?+
Please use our booking platform to share care-related information. It supports virtual consultations through encrypted, HIPAA-compliant telemedicine and keeps your care information in your patient profile. Email and text are for general inquiries and scheduling.
What is the cancellation and no-show policy?+
Individual in-person visits: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. A missed in-person appointment is subject to a $75 travel fee.
Events: A $600 deposit reserves your event and is applied toward the total booking. Please provide at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. The deposit is forfeited for cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice or event no-shows.
For event cancellations with at least 72 hours’ notice, contact us to arrange a deposit refund or rescheduling. If Wellness Direct cancels your event, your deposit will be refunded. If clinical assessment affects whether care can proceed, contact us to discuss the booking and any applicable refund before treatment.
Place used needles and syringes directly into an FDA-cleared sharps container after use. You can purchase a container at many local pharmacies or online. Keep it out of reach of children and pets, and close it at the marked fill line.
Take the closed container to an authorized local sharps collection site or use an approved mail-back program. Confirm what the collection site accepts before visiting.
